Known as the ‘Risk App’, it enables each casino’s trained team of Player Protection Champions to use live data to approach customers when they see potential signs of problem gambling, enabling them to invite customers to have a private conversation about their gaming activities where they can feel comfortable to confide in them should they need it. To coincide with Safer Gambling Week from 13 – 19 November, Grosvenor Casinos has launched a new intervention tool, which alerts trained team members in each of Grosvenor’s 51 venues nationwide on player’s gaming habits and transactions in real-time.
